There are two fluids, both are changing phase, one is a refrigerant that absorbs heat to evaporate itself and the other releases heat to solidify. The transient heat exchange happens over an interface (shell and tube). Can I model this in Fluent/CFX, if yes, Can you please share the knowledge on How?
