Default Converge solution for Wall film Model

Hi,

I am running two-phase simulation with Euler-Lagrangian simulation where secondary phase is tracked via lagrangian calculation. As droplet hitting wall, I use Eulerian Wall Film theory.

All simulation is run in transient state. However, I wasn't sure how do I dictates that the solution for wall film is converged and steady (FLUENT).

What kind of a problem are you solving ?
1. Is your Lagrangian particle source periodic (fuel injector) or sequential (one time only)
2. Do you use any kind of film vaporization model ?

Dear Sarang V,

Appreciate for your response. I am running continuous injection of particles into a duct domain and upon hitting the wall it forms film.

It is not runs on periodical timing like fuel injector or sequential (one time like spray)

No there is not vaporization model applied to remove the mass as I assumed that the wall temp is well below boiling temp of liquid. And the oil droplet enters from surface injection at normal average temperature probably 30 celcius.

Ok, In that case I would just look at a plot of film mass vs time and overlay the total fuel mass for reference.
