hi,

i have a problem regarding to use virtual memory in my fortran 77 code

i use ms (compac) visual fortran 6, when my required memory (of course plus memory taken by os ...) reach to bound of physical memory program do not execuate,

it seems that visual fortran compiler (or something else) does not use from virtual memory, is there some setting for it in VF? (i have 2.5 gb phy and assign 4gb virtual) any clue

also does someone any recommend about a good fortran compiler? claim of intel fortran on autoparallelizm etc. is impressive, any idea
