Dear

I have a centrifugal pump test report
In this report data shown as bello

What is static Head and Dynamic Head?

Total is 41.5, Static is 40.7 and dynamic is 0.8 meter

According to Google:

Static Head: Difference between suction and discharge head.

Dynamic Head: Static Head - Friction Head

If I were to wager a guess, and this is only a guess, I would say that the total head is the head being generated by the pump, the static head is the actual usable pressure generated by the pump (the net head) and the dynamic head is the head loss due to friction in the pump. Then

net head = total head - dynamic head

But as I said, this is only a guess. It's been 30 years since my last class on rotary pumps

I would suggest getting in touch with the authors of your report to figure out their definition of total, static, and dynamic head.

Other than the very obvious 0.8 + 40.7 = 41.5 I am not able to decipher the presumed definitions.

Definitions vary considerably. For example, some manufacturers define static head as the pressure head at the inlet of the pump when the pump is not running and dynamic head as the pressure head at the same location with the pump running. Obviously the sum of these two do not mean anything, they simply describe the operational state of the pump.
