Error with Detached Eddy Simulation Initialize

Hi to all,

I want to use Detached Eddy Simulation to simulate 3D cavitation on the hydrofoil.

When I set the model and I press initialize, the foloowing error is shown:

Error: FLUENT received fatal signal (ACCESS_VIOLATION) 1. Note exact events leading to error. 2. Save case/data under new name. 3. Exit program and restart to continue. 4. Report error to your distributor. Error Object: ()

I coudn't find any reason for that. I would be grateful if anyone can help me.
