Default Workbench Simulation Grayed out - Not installed?

I have just installed Ansys but the simulation is Greyed out and I can't perform a New Mesh, I don't have the option to choose simulation in the New Project Window either. Does this mean that this is the only part of the program that is not installed? CFX works, so too does all the other features, geometry, Advanced mesh, Advanced CFD, Autodyn, blade Geometry, TurboGrid, Finite Element Model.. Even multiphysics (classic) works fine too?

I really need to get this working, does anyone have any ideas?

Cheers
