I am working on a CFD code based on finite volume method.

I am wondering if anyone could help me to show how to derive the Euler equations in integral form to include Axi-symmetric term.

i.e to derive the conservation of mass/volume, momentum and energy, so that the the axi-symmetric term is included.

many thanks cary
