Your question isn't very clear. From the subject I would guess that you need to figure out the volume of a pump. That can be calculated from the interior volume of the pump minus the volume taken up by the impeller and other internal structures.

If you want the volumetric flow rate of the pump, it is generally determined via test. You may be able to get an estimate of the volumetric flow rate if you know the specific speed and rotational speed of the pump, and the required pump head.
