Software for Wind Field Simulation based on LiDAR data around Wind Turbines

Hey everyone!
First of all I have to admit I am totally new to CFD. I am currently doing an internship at an energy company and dealing with following problem:
We have measured wind velocity data with lidar measurements at a distance of about 300 meters in front of the wind turbine. The data was measured by ground based lidar (giving vertical velocity profile) and nacelle based lidar (giving a horizontal velocity profile in a layer of the nacelle). Based on this velocity profiles we want to simulate the wind flow up to the turbine and the turbulances beyond it and calculate the power inflow in the rotor area plane etc.
Can you recommend a program that is well suited for importing the velocity profiles as boundary conditions and calculate the following wind field?
Is OpenFOAM suited for this kind of simulation?

You can try the NREL preprocessor TurbSim (https://nwtc.nrel.gov/TurbSim). We have used it for generation of the velocity fields. Once you have the unsteady inflow field generated, you can use the NREL Actuator Line Solver written in OpenFOAM SOWFA to get the wake info and other details.
