I am wondering if anyone works on micro fluidics. Since MEMS is getting popular, micro fluidics becomes an important topic in MEMS area. Have you ever seen any publications regarding to this topic?

yes, it is a very interesting field nowadays. some new factors have to be considered compared with the macro scaled flow. maybe you would like to read the " The fluid mechanics of microdevices-----the Freeman scholar lecture", J of Fluids Eng. Mar. 1999

Hi,
A colleague of mine here in the University of Technology, Sydney is doing some interesting work on MEMs which may be of interest. His papers are downloadable from his web-page : http://www.eng.uts.edu.au/~samuel/ Cheers, Glenn |
