Hi,

Hi all, I want to install linux OS in my PC. I am confused with Ubuntu and Fedora. Can any one tell me some merits and demerits of both.

Thanks, Vinayender.

Fedora is closer to Red Hat (obviously), so chances are that Red Hat certified software will work without any difficulty. Ubuntu in my experience has been better at supporting recently introduced hardware. I use both, and I'm satisfied with both.
