YPlus values

I need to use SST model for my simulation, therefore I want to calculate YPlus values for my mesh. Is there an efficient way to do that OR do I need to set up the problem every time and run the solver to check to the values. YPlus is also a function of velocity, so in order to check YPlus how should I initialise my flow field.

You will want to post-process to confirm your y+ values once your solution is settling down and the velocity just off the wall is known, but check out the following from the online tools link for a pre-solution estimate to build your grid to:
