e.abedini is on a distinguished road
hi everyone
we are simulating of a real impactor by dpm model. the gravity, Brownian motion and drag force(spherical) were activated. Our turbulence model was selected k-w(sst). we injected the same size particles to the system by 500 injection sources and compatible mass flow rate to yield the particle flow rate equal to 70 particles per second. for large particles (larger than 2 micron) "Display" menu in "Particle Track" window spend usually 20-30 minutes, but for small particles (smaller than 1 micron) this time reaches to some hours(larger than 2 hours).

what's the source of this very different time for reporting data?
how we can reduce the time nedeed for reporting?
