Pro-vis crashes when Loading results for post proc

I am using Star-CAD series 4.12.004. When I am loading results in the viewer (Pro-vis) manually or automatically the system crashes with a message "provis.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close.." This is not the case when you load mesh alone for viewing. Can anyone help please

That is a mega old version, try upgrading

Thanks Jim for the answer but how can it be an old version while it is embedded in the Star-CAD series v4.12.004 which seems to be a new version?

4.12 is 3 versions old, the latest is 3.02.007 (it has changed to the same numbering as star-ccm+ now), i would contact your agent/cd and they will give you the latest version.
