If you want to learn both the BEM and programming, there is a book by Pozrikidis " A Practical Guide to Boundary Element Methods with the Software Library BEMLIB (Hardcover)" which would be a good reference. Also look for books by Brebbia. He might have written books on application of BEM in CFD.
