Default Multiple reference frame in centrifugal fan

Hi,

I'm using multiple reference frame for centrifugal fan CFD analysis. Region around the blades are set to be rotating frame and the housing is static reference frame. Do I have to model the volume of the housing of the centrifugal fan and specify 0 RPM?

What is the direction of the rotating frame?Following the blades rotation or opposite?

Thanks
