Hi, I am a PhD student and I encounter problems simulating the top free surface of bubble columns with Fluent 4.5. Indeed it is impossible to take into account boundary conditions for the two phases separetely. Some say to put an air cap above the surface, but it does not seem to work with the WinNT version. Did someone solve this problem and how ? Thanks in advance

Dear client,
Please take a look at the tutorial and validation files distributed with FLUENT 4.5. You'll find many examples there in which either pressure boundary or aircap is used. If you still have problem, please contact me directly. |
