regarding moving boundary prob

can any one tell me some variety of problem in which moving boundary concept comes.. give me some examples i want to solve some prob on this area using cfd analysis.

Dear Sunil,
There are several such practical problems which include wing flutter, store separation, pitching and plunging airfoils and so on. You can also construct a problem for yourself, if for analysing the flow past an airfoil, you moved the airfoil at the same freestream velocity as that of the air if the airfoil were fixed. As for practical problems, you could search for literature for more specific details of the test cases. Hope this helps Regards, Ganesh |
