Hi, I am trying to write a code to implement SA turbulence model but before which the mode equation must be non-dimensionalized. I had worked it on my own and found that 'Re' appears in the denominator of diffusion and destruction terms which is fine.... but the problem is that 'Re' appears in vorticity 'S' and a function 'r', which seems a bit confusing... http://www.icas.org/ICAS_ARCHIVE/ICA...PAPERS/R40.PDF (ofcourse, there are so many other papers available... this s just one) some papers use it with 'Re'(in the vorticity term and in th function 'r') while some dont... so now, which one should i choose? any suggestion is most welcome...

Check the documentation of CFL3D. They have the non-dimensional equations for most turbulence models. It can be freely downloaded.
