All I'm interested in VOF+ multiphase (turbulent, laminar and non-Newtonian flow) + moving mesh(object) modeling. I had came acrros few CFD tools (Fluent, CFX, Flow-3D & Acusim) for this purpose but not sure which one is the best. So can anyone advice me on this? Thanks in advance.

I advise you STAR-CCM+, ask for some presentations.

Donald thanks for advice but as far as i understand, star-CD just introduced multiphase modeling feature recently in v4.02 but i don't think they have free surface/VOF(volume of fluids) modeling capabilities. Please kindly advice if i'm wrong.

STAR-CCM+ is the best

but i dont use CAD embedding versions, so i cant say anything about CAD integration..

CFD users spend their more time for meshing and cleaning the CAD geometries.. in STAR-CCM+ there are automatic meshing tools and Wrapping feature for cleaning. after these procedures, if your computer resources are so good, so you get results in reasonable time..
