help me with SIMPLE algorithm!

i am a freshman about CFD, there are lots of materials about incompressible SIMPLE method ,i want some about compressible SIMPLE, these are under pressing need: 1.the operation sequence of compressible SIMPLE 2.How to calculate the temperature?

The book of patankar " numerical fluid mechanics and heat transfer "( not sure of exact name) discusses the application of SIMPLE algorithm to compressible flows. Also look for papers by Wei Shyy. He has developed all speed solvers using SIMPLE algorithm.
