Dear friends,

Regarding to the problem of convection from unsteady boundary layer past a cylinder, which type of convection is more practical to be studied, forced, free or mixed? Can anyone give me sugestions?

Hi Anna,

I think mixed convection is more practicle to study... Free and forced convections are two limiting cases of the mixed one...

Good luck.. Ramp
