Hi i am very new to CFD and am trying to implement transient blood flow, i have managed to do the two pressures separately (Systole and Diastole) and they seem to show ideal results. However i'm not sure how to then make these two pressures change over a certain time period.

Thanks for reading,
Joe

Hey there,

It's an interesting topic. Which solver do you use?
What you need is to define a variable boundary condition to simulate the continuous process. You can even take the vein motion into account by using mesh deformation/remeshing.

Please, ask for further help.

Cheers,
Koray
