Hi,everybody,
I meet a case like this.I wanna simulate water flowing in a ringed domain around an axis.
-I used frame motion with rad/s=0.03(ignore the zone name"solid",the zone is water).
-inlet sets with velocity-inlet to only have a tangential componet with the rotation with 0.03 rad/s with udf(I set all the velocity with absolute definition).
-outlet sets with pressure outlet=0(averaged specification).
-k-omega(sst) as turbulence model.
question:
1.why would the calculated velocity profile like this ,especially the cycled area.
I think the velocity mag should be in proportion to the radius(the velocity should ranged from 0.21 to 0.38m/s).
2.all the set up is shown, hope anyone can help me find out the improper ones.

Thank you so much and best wishes.
