Default Periodic Block tridiagonal solver

I am lokking for FORTRAN subroutine to solve Periodic Block tridiagonal Matrix. can any one send or suggest a link. ! found one in the written in book of "computational fluid dynamics and Heat transfer" but facing some problem to implemnet it or may be there is some error in the given code. if some one already tested it plz let me where i need to correct it.

The subroutine is added, in text, as an appendix. It is a single precision subroutine, changing it to double precision is a little work.
