Hi,
For the extension of Godunov scheme to second order it's necessary to us a limiter for limiting the nonphysical oscillations, I tested two types of limiters, Minmod is diffusive and Vanalbada generate some oscillations, I request if anyone know other limiters better thanks. EMCA |

Dear EMCA,
You can tru out Roe's superbee and/or Venkatakrishnan limiter. Tha latter is more popular among the CFD community. Hope this helps Regards. Ganesh |
