Hi all
I want to validate single reference frame model (SRF). Does anybody know any reference where I can find data for SRF validation? I need a simple geometry which I can reproduce. best regards pBlasiak |

Hi!
The flow through a cylindrical pipe rotating around its axis is a quite good case. You can run it both in a rotating frame where the wall velocity is zero and in a stationary frame with a rotatingWallVelocity BC. Hopefully the results should be the same for both solvers. Please post the outcome of your validation. BR //otm |
