The problem I'm interested in is as follows :
There are 4 airfoils in a domain . One of the airfoil is stationary while the second airfoil is undergoing horizontal sinusoidal motion and third is undergoing vertical sinusoidal motion while the fourth airfoil is rotating about its center. I am interested in solving the full compressible Navier-Stokes equation to study the aerodynamics of this setup. The Reynolds number range is around 10000-40000. Is it possible to simulate this problem using either some free software or commerical (fluent or flow3d,as those are the softwares available to me) ? |
