Hi there, we are a Korean general contractor practicing Building Information Modelling (BIM).
We are looking for a CFD software to simulate rainfall runoff on landscape deck to surface drainage to syphonic rainwater downpipe and to main drain. This simulation is to analyse the possibility of water pounding on the landscape deck. The landscape surface area is approximately 800m x 400m. Any suggestions on which product to best use and its features would be appreciated. |

Hey!
If you are looking for commercial software, then i would suggest Flow 3D. It is very good in free surface simulation and it should meet your need. Modeling droplets in itself would be very complex. So you may want to change the way you model the whole system. |
