I need to know the difference of CFD and CFX packages and how they analysis for example the side, head or tal winds? or varibale charecteristics of air density or viscosity?

Well CFD stands for computational fluid mechanics so the question is a bit like asking what is the difference between a car and a bmw

so it is better to ask it this way what are the differences between different packages. for example Cosnos flow and Ansys CFX packas for the analysis. which one is accurate nad why ? away from the meshes or these things

I think you need to do a lot more research into what CFD is to be able to ask the right questions.
