Default Airfoil Coordinates

dear all,

i'd like to simulate the flowfield over a high-lift airfoil L1003M. however, i couldn't find its coordinates. could anyone help me to find it?

Have a look at

There is a Liebeck L1003 airfoil.

Liebeck's L1003 had been modified to L1003M to fix aerodynamic problem. UIUC doesn't have the new one. i'd like to simulate its flowfield and study its features if i can find it.
