Hi everyone!

We at Optalysys Ltd are developing technology that uses diffractive optics to perform what could be the basis of a DNS-type optical solver or analysis system for very large data sets. The technology is highly scalable and has the potential to one day provide equivalent HPC processing power to the desktop. However we are very much new to CFD and would be very grateful if you could advise on specific examples of how the technology could benefit your applications, to help us shape the development:

If you could quickly analyse all the data being produced by your CFD models, what would it allow you to do that you cannot do now - what would be the impact on your business?

If you could scale the resolution of your models by one or more orders of magnitude what would it mean for your business / application?

Thanks very much!
