i am a newbie in the field of CFD currently working on a project which requires dynamic meshing . can anyone suggest me where to start and how to learn CFD coding

Did You mean mesh morphing when You say dynamic meshing?

i want my mesh to vary with time i dont know what it is called technically but if you can suggest how can i learn that .

in mesh properties enable mesh morphing - that will make your discretization depend on simulation time.
