Dear Colleague,
Please consider to become the author of a paper at the Annual IEEE Aerospace Conference (with AIAA and PHM Society as technical cosponsors). The Conference Organizers have issued the Call for Papers for the 2015 Aerospace Conference (March 7-14) and I wish to invite you to submit an abstract for: Session 10.01, Computational Modeling, which I'll be chairing this year with Darrel Terry (darrell.terry@worldnet.att.net) and/or Session 13.01, System Simulation and Verification, which I'll be chairing this year with Michael Baxter (michael.j.baxter@aero.org) I encourage you to submit one or more abstracts on your recent work to these sessions. Last year, there were around 500 papers submitted to an extremely well-attended conference. It is a great forum in which to advertise your work and network with others in the academia and industry. Also, the Big Sky Resort is one of the premier skiing resorts in the U.S. With a majority of the papers presented in the late afternoon and evening, there is ample opportunity to ski or take in any of the other available activities, which include fly-fishing, snowmobiling, dog sledding, snow-shoeing and cross-country skiing. A maximum 500-word abstract is due by July 1, 2014 at the conference website www.aeroconf.org. Abstracts will be accepted only through the conference website. You can access detailed information about this year's Call for Papers at the IEEE Aerospace Conference web site at http://www.aeroconf.org/. If possible, please forward this invitation to others you think might be interested in presenting a paper. Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions. Sincerely, Virgil Adumitroaie P.S. ABSTRACTS DUE DATE Abstracts may be submitted after the due date, but they must be reviewed and accepted in order to submit a paper. You should submit your abstract as early as possible since you must plan for ITAR and Internal releases for publication. If your release has not been processed by your Company, we cannot accept a paper after the Paper Submission Deadline. |
