Perfect interface capturing but shifted shock front.

I applied the Riemann analytic solution to diffused region due to the material interface(discontinuities). By that, I accomplished oscillation-free solution and accurate location of material interface captured by the Level Set Method. But the shock front is strangely shifted two or three cells without oscillation.

Does anyone know this phenomenon or experience it before?

Thanks in advance!
