Hi !
I'm trying to compute a methane-air combustion of a premixed system. Methane and air are introduced in a small tube, conneted to a combustion chamber at 0.5 Mpa, by a swirl injector. My main parameters are : ---SOLVER Pressure based, Axisymmetric Swirl, steady. ---SPECIES MODEL Species transport, Volumetric Reaction, Finite-Rate/eddy-Dissipation, Mixture = methane-air ---Operating Conditions Op. pressure = 500 000 Mpa ---Boundary Conditions Inlet : velocity inlet. Outlet : pressure outlet (=0 Pa) ---factors turb. kinetic energy 0.04455. turb diss. rate 0.506 The problem is that my results are not the same as the ones presented in a paper with the same computation, concerning pressure especially. First of all, is there any parameter that seems not correct ? Thanks a lot for your help |
