Explicit conduction+convection

Hi, i did program with explicit finite-difference conduction equation and this realize something this in 2D rectangle: http://www.ukazto.com/img/roz_teploty-x0a1.jpg

I found it in the book( Pitts, Sissom - Heat transfer second edition) formulas for every point of space( interior, exterior points) and i could program it.

Now i need some formulas for convection which i could add to my program. You are my last chance because i cant find any thing availably for me. I need some formulas e.g.: T(n, t+1)= f(T(n, t)) but with concrete function for 2D rectangle.
