MUSCL-Interpolation for boundary cells

Question MUSCL-Interpolation for boundary cells

Hi, everybody.
I'm currently working on the MUSCL scheme.
I understand that the MUSCL scheme use piecewise linear approximations of each cell to obtain left and right state for each face, as shown in the following figure:

However, what if the cell is adjacent to boundary? For example, in the figure above, suppose that u_{j} is adjacent to boundary, and u_{j+1} does not exist. In this situation, how can I determine the slope of u in cell j? My current method is set the slope of u to zero for cell j. Is this method appropriate?
