hey, i am simulating flow over a rectangular wing of semi span 300mm and chord of 75mm at the root with taper ratio as 1.
i want to validate with the wind tunnel results. i have used naca 0015 airfoil. i have used spalart-allamaras turbulence model and inlet velocity as 20m/s, outlet gauge pressure as 0. rest everything is set as wall. i am getting floating point error mostly and when i reduced reference values by half, my continuity equation is diverging in range on 1e+05. what can i do now to converge the solution?? i would like to proceed for multi winglets after i get this right. |

i am using ansys fluent 14.5
i tried using k omega sst model also for solving but the results i am getting are varying from experimental data. since the domain is restricted to a particular size, will it be accurate to use spalart allamaras model? |
