RANS( REYNOLDS averaged navier stokes equation) U-Rans (Unsteady Rans) DES ( Detached Eddy Simulation ) LES ( Large Eddy Simulation) DNS (Direct Numerical simulatin )

Stephen B. Pope's Turbulent Flows should be a pretty close fit to what you are looking for.
