Does any one know the ratio in conjugate gradient method for linear equations system? My error is the ratio is either NAN or too low (e-15). Then how do I adjust the syetem of eqations to get correct solution?

I reccomend you to use Saad's package SPARSKIT
http://www-users.cs.umn.edu/~saad/so.../sparskit.html I use conjugate gradient solver from it and it works well. Look. I think it will help you. I wish good luck. |
