Hello everybody

i'm doing a CFD simulation of heat transfer in gas-solid spouted beds.
I have a problem about calculating gas to particle heat transfer coefficient and nusselt number in Fluent.
I know i need a custom field function, but I do not know what the relationship should I use for calculating h and Nu.

can you help me please?

Thank you so much.
