Hi,

I need information about some CFD solver for dedicated hydrodynamic applications.

Is someone already using FLOW3D or ISIS (école centrale Nantes) for marine applications ?

Maybe someone could indicate me the name of a reference person to contact.

Which companies are using this kind of flow solver for their hydrodynamic problems ?

All info, comments, links or else are welcome.

Thanks to everbody,

Steven.

I advise you the following site:

http://www.bodrum-bodrum.com/vorteks...l/cfdcodes.htm

And don't forget that paying $9000 for a 1 day training course on VOF anb 6DOF with whoever expert is a rip-off. Don't get had like some other have been.

with "basic ship theory 2" from k.j rawson and e.c. tupper and a collaboration with a university professor you will be fine.

good luck
