Default modeling solid objects inside fluid domain

Hi,

I am designing Data center with several racks. I am using Salome-Meca for designing and meshing. The CFD analysis is done using OF.

Since the air passes through the racks, I am little confused on designing. Can someone suggest some ideas on this regards ?
