How to export the plot 3d file from gambit??

I have seen some previous articles here, and i can import my mesh file from the gambit, but now it is my problem: i cant export the file as p3d format. I have followed the instruction from the previous article: blocking-premesh-mutigrid,

but i cant choose the premesh from the blocking menu. could anyone tell me what is wrong and any other way to export the p3d file.
