hey all guys

I wanna know abt the effect of solution initialization on turbulence model. the question is

1. when ever one switch to new turbulence model (e.g. from SA to standard K epislon)(while the SA model result is fully converged steady state) will it give the correct result. In other words are turbulence models are sensitive to intial solution?

2. in the light of above question (if answer is yes) then we have to initialize the solution from abnitio for each turbulence model ? if yes why ? any comments are highly appreciated.

regards SAM
