UDF tutorial 18

Hey,

In tutorial 18 a udf is given for the evaporation of water with the mixture model.

I ihave a question about following command:

m_dot_l = -0.1*C_VOF(cell, pri_th)*C_R(cell, pri_th)*

fabs(C_T(cell, pri_th) - T_SAT)/T_SAT;

where does the constant 0.1 comes from?

I also want to make a udf that calculates the interfacial area concentration in a every cell. Have anyone a idee how I can accomplish that?
