Hi, Can anybody suggest how to carryout CFD analysis of a cross flow fan.

Both the geometry and flow pattern of a cross flow fan are non-axisymmetric. A major eccentric vortex is always formed near the tongue. You need a solver for unsteady viscous flow with sliding mesh to solve the full domain including the rotating rotor and the casing.
