Hello to everyone,
I am doing a project where I have to use some CFD method, fast ( Panel Method or VLM) to calculate all kind of parameters from a Delta Wing aircraft. The shape of my aircraft is pretty close to the Lockheed Martin D-21 Drone, but without the frontal intake, replaced by a very neat shine like the SR-71 Blackbird. All my tests will be subsonic. First I would like to know if anyone has experience on working on this kind of shapes with software like Tornado, AVL, VSaero, Vlaero.. you name it. Is it possible, specially regarding the input parameters of such software? and which one you advise the best? Since this aircraft will have plenty of lift generated by Vortex Lift, which CFD method you advise for me to employ? Or which software will give me the best results? thank you very much for nay help! |
