regarding Ph.D

Hi all, This is Reddy. I trying for doing Ph.D in UK or USA or in Australia in Aerospace engineering. My IELTS band is 6.0(Listening=7.0, Reading=5.5, Writing=6.0 and Speeking=6.0). Can u people suggest me which universities are allowing me with these details for doing Ph.D?? Thank you very much Reddy.

Hi Mr.Reddy, may i know more details about ur background like which university r u from and what is ur research interest(more specific like turbulence or combustion or aerodynamics etc),do u have any industry experience and why u want to do PhD and what is ur future aim of doing PhD etc,, so that i will suggest u for further proceeding
